Terms of Service
Effective May 16, 2026.
By using IterationIQ
You agree to these terms. They're short. Read them.
What IterationIQ is
A self-serve organizational maturity assessment. It produces a report based on your responses. The report is informational. It's not a substitute for a professional consultation, a business audit, or a co-founder conversation.
We are not your lawyer, doctor, or financial advisor. Don't make irreversible decisions because of a maturity score.
Your data
You own your data. We use it to deliver the service per the Privacy Policy. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your responsibility
Be honest with the assessment. The math depends on it. If you put garbage in, you get a garbage report.
Don't try to break the service. Don't scrape it. Don't sell access to your account. Don't pretend to be someone else.
Our liability
We try hard to make the service work. But if the report is wrong, the email doesn't show up, the assessment goes down on a Tuesday, or you make a business decision based on what we said and it doesn't go well — that's on you, not us. You use IterationIQ as-is.
Maximum liability is whatever you paid us, which for the free tier is zero.
We can change these terms
We can change these terms, the assessment, or any part of the service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
When we change something material, we'll update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect your stored data or your privacy, we'll send an email if we have one for you.
Continued use of IterationIQ after a change means you accept the change. If you don't accept the new terms, stop using the service and ask us to delete your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, in the United States. Any disputes are resolved there.
